Return period: 5 working days after receiving the order.
You must send or bring the return in new condition, in its original packaging, with labels (if applicable) and with a copy of the invoice or remission (Praie Vestidos de Baño DOES NOT assume the shipping cost of returns, exchanges and guarantees). On the back of the invoice or remission, you must specify in the name of who, the ID and account # of BANCOLOMBIA, COLPATRIA or SCOTIABANK-CITIBANK you wants us to refund the money. If you do not have an account with those banks, we will refund the money to your name and ID number by EFECTY or SU RED. Once the package arrives at our address, we will refund the money within 1 to 5 business days maximum. From the amount paid initially, we will deduct the initial shipping cost (which is free only if you buy the product) and the transaction costs incurred in the initial payment and also in the money return. If you come personally to make a return, it is probable that the same day you receive the money return, but in case we cannot do it at that time, it would be done in the initial estimated time (1 to 5 business days maximum, after receiving the return).

If you do not send the $ 9,000 COP of the cost of the return freight, the exchange will be dispatched with PAYMENT AGAINST DELIVERY (It is very possible that you end up paying more than the $ 9,000 COP initially required). On the back of the invoice or remission, you must specify the reason for the exchange and the product and size for which you want to exchange it. If you wish to exchange the delivery address of the exchange, it must also be noted on the back of the invoice or remission. If the product you purchased has a higher value than the product you want to exchange, we will send you the difference in cash, in the exchange package. * If you send the package and forget to meet any of the requirements mentioned above in the 3 cases: returns, exchanges and guarantees, do not worry, an advisor will contact you when we receive your shipment and will request the information that is needed.
